Paul began his real estate career as a sales specialist in Sydney Real Estate in the 1990s. He built strong client relationships and earned a reputation for his honesty, integrity and sharp negotiation skills.
After a conversation with a buyer from New York about the concept of ‘buyer advocacy’, Paul recognised there was a gap in the Australian market: no one was representing the buyers and looking after their needs and desires. What then began after the first exploration into using his knowledge by representing and helping a few friends and clients to save time and money on their next property purchases, soon evolved into a purpose-driven shift in focus. Representing Buyers was not only fun and full of personal reward, it was challenging and exciting, playing the game and utilising his negotiation skill from the buyers point of view.
In 1999, he founded Buyers Home Search, probably the first ‘buyers agency’ in Australia. Long before the term “buyers agent” became mainstream, Paul has continued his vision by securing premium properties for ultra-high-net-worth clients on their terms, quietly under the radar.
Now with over 30 years of experience, Paul a ‘licensed buyers agent and auctioneer’ still relishes in assisting clients in the pursuit of acquiring top end luxury and prestige real estate throughout Sydney and Australia. He specialises in sourcing ‘exclusive off-market and pre-market property opportunities’ and he continues to negotiate with skill and precision, while he protects his clients confidentiality at every step of the process. After all these years of success he still firmly believes, the pleasure and challenges of representing buyers, is the best job real estate has to offer.
