Paul’s real estate journey began in the 90’s, where he worked in sales in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, long recognised as one of the toughest real estate markets in Australia. During this time, he built and maintained great relationships with his sellers and his buyers.

After a conversation with a buyer from New York, who told him about buyer’s advocates in the US, he realized that no one was looking after buyers in Australia. He researched the idea, which led to him assisting some friends and buyers in their next purchases. After seeing the effect that he was having and how great it felt to use his knowledge and negotiating skills on the buyer’s side, he discovered this was the best job real estate had to offer.

In 1999, he founded Buyers Home Search as one of Australia’s first exclusive buyer-only agencies — long before the term “buyer’s agent” was common. Since then, he has quietly represented elite clients, both local and international, saving them hundreds of thousands — and in many cases, millions — by handling every detail of the search, research, and negotiation process.

Paul is a licensed real estate buyer’s agent and auctioneer with over 30 years of experience acquiring high-end real estate across Sydney’s most prestigious suburbs. He specialises in securing blue-chip homes and investment properties — off-market, under market, or before anyone else even knows they exist.
Paul has become known for his fierce negotiation skills, his determined sharp market instincts and unwavering discretion. Because silence is leverage, he operates under a strict veil of confidentiality.
