Paul began his real estate career as a sales specialist in Sydney Real Estate in the 1990s. He built strong client relationships and earned a reputation for his honesty, integrity and sharp negotiation skills.

After a conversation with a buyer he met from New York about the concept of ‘Buyer Advocacy’, Paul recognised there was a gap in the Australian market: no one was representing Buyer’s and looking after their needs and desires. This began his first exploration into being a Buyer’s Agent. Using knowledge gained by representing and helping a few friends and family members to save time and money on their next property purchases, soon evolved into a purpose-driven shift in focus. Representing Buyer’s was not only fun and full of personal reward, it was challenging and exciting, it was fun playing the game from the other side of the field, utilising his extensive knowledge of the real estate market and negotiation skill’s, for the Buyer’s point of view.

In 1999, he founded Buyers Home Search, probably the first ‘Buyer’s Agency’ in Australia. Long before the term “Buyer’s Agent” became mainstream. With over 30 years of experience, Paul is a ‘licensed Buyer’s Agent and Auctioneer’ he still relishes assisting clients, in the pursuit of purchasing property, as an expert in top end luxury and prestige real estate throughout Sydney and Australia. He has continued his vision by securing properties for investors and premium property as primary residential purposes for time poor professionals, and ultra-high-net-worth clients on their terms, quietly under the radar.

His specialty is sourcing ‘exclusive’ off-market and pre-market property opportunities and negotiating with skill and precision, all while protecting his clients confidentiality at every step of the process.
