After speaking with a New York buyer about the concept of buyer advocacy, Paul recognised a gap in the Australian market: no one was truly representing the buyer. What began as helping a few clients privately soon evolved into a purpose-driven shift in focus.

In 1999, he founded Buyers Home Search, one of Australia’s first buyer only real estate agencies. Long before the term “buyer’s agent” became mainstream, Paul was quietly securing premium property for high-net-worth individuals on their terms, and under the radar.

Now with over 30 years of experience, Paul is a licensed buyers agent and auctioneer specialising in prestige real estate across Sydney. He sources off-market and pre-market properties, negotiates with precision, and protects client confidentiality at every step.

His approach is trusted by senior executives, business owners, and international buyers who value discretion, market insight, and results without visibility. Sellers don’t know who’s buying until contracts are exchanged—often not even then.
